Rocam NC400 sd card not shown

Hi all.

I ve got a Rocam NC400 IP camera, reason for the purchase. I had a hit and run on m car outside my house. it was my neighbour, the police were very helpful not!!!

I'm having a problem with setting he 32mb sd card up to record I ve formatted it in the unit.

has anyone had this issue with a Rocam unit like this and resolved it.

I have bought one for my elderly parents, so they feel safe.

I hope someone can help.

Welcome to the forum. These cameras are junk. There are much better options..if you can still return them you should.

what is your budget, how are you using the camera?

is the cam being mounted outside? The cams you have are indoor cameras..

Do you have sufficient outdoor lighting? The ir will not pass through glass and reflect back...

the lighting is ok, the ir reflects back, with the ir off i get a good image, theres a street light next door. but must be able to move as, as sometimes i cannot park outside my home.
