Riolink NVR with off brand Onvif compatible camera?

Hi, i am having trouble adding a Marquis IPC-XD400 camera to an RLN16-410 Riolink NVR.

The NVR SHOULD support Onvif compatible cameras but im unsure of why it isnt working. Has anyone here succeeded in using a different brand Onvif camera with a Riolink NVR? Any specific config that needs to be done?

Onvif setting is already turned on for the NVR.

If you're saying that ONVIF is enabled in the NVR then what about in the camera?

yes its enabled as well. Here is a picture. Is there something I must change with the ports?

Have you tried with "ONVIF Authentication" enabled?
