No it is not.
Did you assign static IP to cams?

On each camera you should have a static IP set (I put info below based on your other thread).
IP address: 10.11.12.xxx (unique for each camera, make sure you don't have any conflicts with other devices)
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 10.11.12.xxx (this should be the same as your added NIC card)
Preferred DNS: 10.11.12.xxx (this should be the same as your added NIC card)
Alternate DNS: 8.8.8.8 (doesn't really matter, won't reach the internet anyway)
Make sure all these are set right and saved in the camera config for each one.
