Reset password hikvision ds-kd8003 - ime1/eu failed

Hello to all member.
Please can anyone help me?
I had changed firmware at Hikvision ds-kd8003 - ime1/eu on v2.0.8 build 200102 and the password automaticaly changed to another and i dont know.
So i tryied to reset password.
With sadp i press forgot password and i send to Hikvision the xml file.Hikvision send me the xml key i put it but sadp said "Failed to reset password.Device denied"

Do we have another solution>?
 
there are 2 password, dont mix them
you have a registration password, and also a password to configure the device
in ivms, in the list of the devices, that "edit" button is NOT the same password as the registraion

that was my mistake too when i updated the firmware

Yes but what do you mean?
2 diferrent password?
The device has only an one password
 
No, there is a registration password and also a password to edit and configure the unit itself
 
Did you right click the device and changed password there also? Is your issue that you cant configure the device anymore?

If yes, try the edit button in the list of devices , try your old password , then close the edit screen, and try to use the configure button again

Nothing imcorect password.And the configuration button says device offline
 
Yeah, i had the issue too, that it was offline , because I was mixing up passwords :-(
Can't you do a restore anymore?
 
It was 2 months ago, i believe I did a restore, then added it back , then changed password on the edit screen, afterwards the device was back online.. and I was able to configure it again
 
Ik ivms4200, where you see the list of devices, on the right the first button with the pencil, there you can define the password... If that password is correct , then it should go online...

Afterwards you can use the configure button to do the setup

I see.but the problem is that when i try for edit ,i have to.put.password but the password.i put is wrong
