Reolink 830a

I'm looking at purchasing a couple of Reolink 830a for their PT"z" capability, and want to ask some questions of anyone who's worked with them;

• If the camera is facing the road, 20m away, will it be triggered by every car going past (50kmh zone)?
• Are the floodlights configurable so that they don't come on for vehicles going by? I understand they have a 15m effective range, but don't want to PO the neighbours.
• Are they noisy in operation as they move?

Thanks for the reply. The reasons that I was choosing reolink was availability in NZ, and the competing brand that I had seen available here ( Hikvision ), I had seen fail.
So what would you recommend, given that I would need to then import from Alixpress, so it's got to be another Chinese brand?
