Remote Playback issue iVMS-4500

Hello all, I'm running iVMS-4500 under Android 9. One of my cameras has been tampered with/removed. I'm trying to check those last recorded frames from it using the "Remote Playback" function in iVMS-4500. Obviously, the removed camera is not shown on my camera list. The recorded data from it DOES exist on the hard disk of my HikVision NVR, though. But I need to access it REMOTELY and don't know how to do it now that the camera has disappeared from the list! Any ideas?

How did you set up your recorder in ivms-4500, was it through the QR code? if so, you can download the latest version of ivms-4200 for a pc and search. Go to hikvision usa to find the download
