Remote connect to BI

I am able to connect to BI with my Samsung when my PC is hardwired to my router. When I disconnect the Ethernet cable and use WiFi, I am not able to connect. When I check the port on CanYouSeeMe.org, it can see the port when it is connected directly to the router with the Ethernet cable. When I disconnect the cable and connect using WiFi, I get the message "I could not see your service on xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx on port (81) - Reason: Connection timed out.

Any sugestions to to resolve the issue? Thanks!
 
Best Practices is to plug you BI server directly to your router with an Ethernet Cable. If you are using a consumer Wi-Fi router you will run into band width issues quickly, and will slow down your Wi-Fi for other uses, like laptops, phone, ipads.
