Good afternoon, folks.... I bit the bullet and went with BI. I am beginning to think it may have been a mistake. Hoping that things will begin falling into place but it's just difficult for me. Attempting to configure remote access. I'd like to eventually use zerotier (seems the most straightforward) but currently just trying to get remote access configured first. I get through all of the steps on the wizard except for the final test and verifying the port can be seen. Any help here would be greatly appreciated! Sorry for the stupidity! -V

Although I am not recommending port forwarding, did you log into your router's webGUI and forward BI's port to the BI server's IP address?

The second link provided got me up and running. While on the same home network as BI everything works well. However, when on cellular data I am unable to connect! I left the same question over there. I appreciate you pointing me in the right direction.
