relative to sunrise/sunset disabled

when i go into global settings -> schedule, the option to set Relative to Sunrise/Sunset is disabled. i have the correct Lat/Long, and have tried changing the Select Profile to Draw.
i know i am missing something but have been unable to find the solution. any help you can offer is greatly appreciated. thank you! bill

The time you're setting needs to be within a limited range from the Sunrise/Sunset time. It use to be something like 30 minutes but I think that has been made longer - maybe a couple of hours. I haven't checked the exact amount.
