Hi, been round here a while, my current BI v5 setup seems to have gained a few niggles over time with upgrading, I have a good tweaked setup and am wanting to reinstall then just import my config, can I just do a full install from main BI software page or should I export then uninstall my current setup before installing fresh, do I need to deactivate first or not. Thanks

You need to get a copy of your license number and then deactivate and then find whatever version you want to install.
Keep in mind if you haven't paid for maintenance then you can't install the latest and can only install up to when your support ended.
It is best to build from scratch as any bugs would likely follow over in an export.
