What they did i do not know, but i saw someone come after them with a stick or pole or something. I called the police with a description and license plate. They came out very fast for a change, check the timeline. They waited and then left. i called the police again and they said no one reported anything. So i don't know what they did but they got away. But the police have a record of the plates anyway.

I wonder what was the point of speeding off backwards when you have plates on both ends of the car? If it was to show off his expertise in driving backwards, it was a FAIL!
Wish the cop would cite him at least for reckless driving, speeding (likely) and running a stop sign based on your clear video evidence.

I hope the cockroach dented a rim or cut a tire when hit the curb and the storm drain inlet.
