Red text in Blue Iris - what's it mean?

On the Blue Iris app and in BI I see the red text below. Looks like it is related to my hard drive space?
What does it actually mean, I would think it is trying to alert me something since it is red.

Then I also started to receive notifications on my phone in the second image.
Also, not sure what it means. Why would it randomly give me status updates?

it means you have over allocated storage space...click on the three vertical bars on the top left then clip storage...
you are getting the alert likely because you setup status alerts..click on the 3 vertical bars >messages>status alerts.
