My IP Cameras do not record audio and they do not have an audio input. Would I be able to use an external microphone, like this one, plugged in to the mic jack on my computer to record audio in Blue Iris? Ideally, I would like to record audio from the same microphone on to all the camera feeds, but I'd be ok if it only recorded to one of them.

Can this be done?

Yes. Check the camera properties >audio tab, select other directshow device. See if your pc's audio inputs are available.
Since that camera is powered you will need to likely connect to the line in.
