Intriguing...If it will really have no access, no scuttle holes or other openings, what are you monitoring for? What are you hoping to catch with the camera?
Even sealed areas of a house will not necessarily be sealed from spiders. Some say the IR light attracts bugs and if webs develop in front of the camera you could be stuck with monitoring the webs if you can't get to the camera to clean it.
