Recommend external mic for LTS Camera

I bought the LTS CMIP7243W-SZ and thought it had a built-in mic but I was wrong. I need to hook up a mic to it via Audio I/O. I area that I want to cover is probably less than 20 ft from the camera, I was wondering what type of mic do you guys recommend to use with it?

Camera I got: Platinum Motorized Varifocal Vandal Dome Camera 4.1MP, CMIP7243W-SZ
 
Does it have a RCA port if so you just need any mic, preferred to have a powered mic. If it's a bnc port just get a bnc to RCA adapter...
