Hi Andy,

Just got the IPC-A46 setup today; the only issue I'm having is that the smart tracking is not working properly. I have it mounted on the ceiling and therefore I toggled the screen flip setting. Because of this, the smart tracking is actually moving away from the movement instead of towards it. The auto-track setting is practically non-functional because of this. Any fixes for that? If not, any other way to add my own motion detect tours/tracking? Can't seem to get SmartPSS or Dauha Config tool to make any changes to the PTC settings due to the permissions/access issues on the camera side of things.

Auto tracking is a gimmick... Forget it exists.. place the camera in the area of the room that will allow it to capture the entire room..

I did, it’s in a good spot, I was more or less hoping there was a fix to the feature so I could check out the feature myself. Seems spastic at best but not working properly at all in the flip mode.
