"receiving data from the device timed out" from IVMS4500

Hi.

I'm using a Hybrid NVR DS-7616HI-ST.

The issue we are having, everything was working fine remotely accessing with IVMS4500 App, but now what happens is it appears to connect, but it gives an error "receiving data from the device timed out".

I can't find out what this error means and what would cause it to happen. We have tried resetting the NVR and even making another account/username/pass on the NVR but still no Luck.

We appear to be able to connect to the device, as if we simply enter an incorrect port to rule it out, it will just give a connection fault, but we know we are connecting to the device when we enter the correct port (we are using 8200 set on the NVR), and it gives the error "receiving data from the device timed out" where it never did it before.

This happens on Both Ipad and Android.

We can connect find via web browser to the Units web interface.

What is causing the problem here?
 
Can you post your IP Settings and Ports?

External IP/Server port set to 8000?

https 443
server port 8200

Everything was working fine with these settings.
