Re-program Wifi miniCamera from Wish/AlienExpress to get it to work.

Okay, so I received two of these typical "MiniCam Wifi 1080/Mini WiFi Camera Night Vision HD 1080P".

They are all over the net right now and everyone has different setup manuals (which will increase bad actors as I guess), the link in the manual is no longer active and no app with the name as in the manual is there anymore.
Is there a way to re-program these cameras so I can actually use them?
