I think we have had more than enough rain this month. 8.08" of rain for the month of February. 13.68 inches since January 1st, not including snow.....

I hear ya...we've had 10.6" this month alone!
I have a doctor's appointment next week to correct my webbed feet!
Same here, we need it BAD in San Antonio, generally ALL of Texas.
It was 65 degrees this afternoon in middle Tennessee. Now, it is currently 34 degrees and snowing. Forecast for tonight is 3"-6" of snow by tomorrow morning.
