Question on router logs?

I have a Netgear AC1900 router installed as part of my LAN. The OpenVPN server option is enabled and configured so I can access my ip cameras while away from home. It seems to work satisfactory.

Occasionally I look at the router logs and have found something I cannot identify and do not understand. Representative entries below. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes I have done a Google search. Lots of speculation with nothing I considered definitive. Felt there might be some better expertise available here.
