Question About Purchasing Support

I have contacted BI support but I am not getting a clear answer so thought I would ask the group.

I want to buy BI and have a quick question... It is my understanding that a new BI license comes with support for one year.

After one year can I purchase support and more important how? I want to keep myself current on all future upgrades.

You get basic support with the purchase. You can purchase extended or priority support as outlined here

What if I'd have many licences? Upgrades for version 5 are free, after year they are free but must be done manually?
What about version 6? Do I have to buy one extended support for 30$ to have free upgrade all my licences from 5 to 6? Or do I have to buy so many supports as I have licences?

The number of licenses is irrelevant. You'll have to wait and see what happens after a year, in 4 it was still free.
Version 6 is likely 4 years away and like every other piece of software you will have to pay the upgrade fee for each license.
