Likely an edited image of the flyover spelling "70", also found on the Royal Nonce Watch Facebook page. They advocate eliminating the Royals, etc. The "nonce" term likely refers to Andrew's ties to Epstein ==>> Prince Andrew & the Epstein Scandal
