push notification not showing image of motion

My push notification works fine, I get an image but 9/10 times the image doesn't contain the actual picture of the person I have to enter the app and look at the alerts.

I think this could be due to a delay in the image capture. Is there a setting somewhere to fix this?

BTW: I just discovered that it's default to a 10second GIF but I don't think this is working on Android right? Changing it to alert image
 
Is the push thru the paid BI app?

Does it happen at home or just when away?

This is through the BI app. I don't ever recall GIF works home or away. The system in question is at my other home and will not be back there for some months.

I read you need to port foward the webserver port for gif to work which I've always had it open since the beginning of days.
