Push Notification iDMSS works, but playback of the event fails

Hey Guys,

I have a setup with a hdbw4431 with IVS tripwire setup. Which works just fine. The push notification notifies mij iPhone when the tripwire is passed.

But when clicking on the notification, I can not watch the event. The app then says "Afspelen mislukt" (its dutch and means "playback failed").
This is both on the "film tab" and the "picture tab".

Live view in the main app works fine.

Does anyone know what the problem (/solution) might be?

Thanks!

On the microSD card in the camera. Playback of normal motion detection also on that microSD card, and that works perfectly

Recordschedule was set to record motion 24/7

I guess I have to set "Alarm" 24/7 too? Tried it but I'm at work right now so I have to wait till someone crosses the line. I'll let you know, thanks!

Im actually not entirely sure what alarm and motion recording do.

I have mine set to record general and ivs only. And when i want to playback, i can see my general recordings (everything.... 24/7) and all of my ivs recordings.

My schedule shows only "General", "Motion", and "Alarm". So maybe that is the first problem: Where can I find to set the record schedule for "IVS"?

I just had a push notification, it does not work yet

OK,

I think its strange that I can not select "IVS" in the record schedule.

Does anyone know how to get "IVS" in the record schedule?

This is a screen shot i just took from my 5231

And it also does not have IVS option. I have no idea why not. And something that bothers me about the Dahua camera/nvr combo is that there are options to do the the same thing in the camera settings and also the nvr settings.... They don't match (like this case... In the nvr it shows ivs) and changing settings on one doesn't automatically change it on the other.

@nayr has said in the past that you can't get push notifications without the gDMSS app and the Dahua nvr. I thought i remember reading something a few months ago where someone was able to get it working without an NVR, but you'd have to search for that to see if I'm remembering that correctly.
