PTZ Speed Control?

I was wondering if there is a way to set the speed that the PTZ moves the camera? I can do that when I connect directly to the MiniPTZ, but when I use the BI it is only full speed and makes it kinda jerky.

Attached is a video showing how its too fast.

There is a speed setting in the ptz tab...not all cameras support this function.
