PTZ set Presets are not working.

I have a FoscamFI9821W. I am no longer able to set the PTZ preset locations, which I believe used to work. I position the camera to the position I want, then did a hold to set on both the number and Go buttons. They do depress and come back. However, it still goes to the old location.
Am I forgetting something? Running V4.0.2.1 x64
 
By camera interface, do you mean using the Foscam web interface? I just tried that. If I position the camera, then delete and re-add preset #1, then Blue Iris button does go to that position. The names are just reference if I read it right. Should the set work with Blue Iris and this camera? It does not seem possible via the Foscam web page to update a position, I have to delete and add it back in.
 
Yes, the web interface. Blue iris cannot set the preset position...it can just tell the camera to go to a position previously set in the camera interface.
