PTZ on Dahua HDBW4431R-ZS

I just recently got a HDBW4431R-ZS and which BI was able to detect and setup my camera with ease but PTZ is not working on the camera within the program. Any ideas on how to fix this?

iirc it is not a PTZ, but a manual set angle camera
