PTZ Issue

I recently added a camera, Dahua OEM PTZ IP Camera SD49225T-Hn 2MP Dahua OEM PTZ IP Camera SD49225T

PTZ works from the camera config site but PTZ does not work in BI, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Try the Dahua options under the PTZ /Control tab.
