Getting the hang of it
I bought a second BI license for another computer. Two issues I can’t work out (go figure lol). The first, when I login to BI my PTZ goes to a specific store preset on start up. I have no schedules and it’s not in the cameras gui to do this. I’d like the camera to stay where I left it. I’ve deleted, reinstalled, found and inspected as well as rebooted. Any idea what’s up? Also, on the second license I’m not able to “find and inspect” the remote BI systems cameras. Not such an issue because I’d likely be present during setup. Just wondering if it’s possible to enable this feature remotely?
