PTZ camera with Optical zoom needed

Hi guys, i am looking for a suitable PTZ camera that must have an optical zoom, ideally focal length between 3 and 12mm but can be greater if possible. Am based in the uk and needs to be no more than £150, any suggestions would be super helpful as not many products have reviews within the uk
 
Looks good, only dubious thing is lack of UK based reviews but cant be helped ( US seems to be much more into the CCTV market than UK)
