PTZ cam

Evening all,
I have just purchased and installed blue iris. I have a jennov ptz camera, which I have got working through BI. The only issue i'm having is with the speed of the pan/tilt. I have tried adjusting the speed setting, but it make zero difference. It is so slow. When I access the camera through the web browser, the camera moves at a much faster rate. Is there anything I can do to improve the BI side of things?

Is the cam ONVIF compatible, if so open the PTZ tab in BI and change to ONVIF in the drop down.

the good thing is .... you got the ptz working in BI.

Can't really help you here as i dont have the same camera but i've got a similar slow one and I have saved some presets so that I don't have to keep pressing the arrow keys to move it.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, cam is ONVIF, and bi settings are for that. It's a shame there's no way to change the speed.

Have you used find/inspect in BI on the camera? Then ran it with those settings?

Yes, that's how I set it up.
