In theory, if I have a Dahua PTZ292 cam as a stand-alone camera (i.e., don't use a separate trigger cam) and.....
- Preset 1 is set to widest angle as default position
- create (for example) 4 detection zones A, B, C, D
- when zone A gets triggered the PTZ goes to preset 2 and zooms to that zone for 30 sec
- PTZ returns to preset 1 ready for the next zone trigger
- If zone B triggers then preset 3 zooms to that area, etc.
Has anyone done this or is a separate trigger cam a necessity to direct the PTZ?
Thanks!
