Ptz - AI (code project) is not confirming any alerts when ptz is moved to a preset based on motion trigger of spotter camera.

Like the title explains, I’m not receiving any alerts for when my ptz is moved into a preset based on a spotter camera. The ptz moves to preset, identifies the person and tracks them. However, it’s not stored under my clips in blue iris. No alert of any kind.

anyone else experience this? My ptz has alerts when it’s in its original preset. The problem only occurs when a spotter moves it to another preset.

Good call out. That was the issue. I thought this would mean it would cancel any other spotter cam from moving the preset when it’s active. I didn’t realize all alerts are cancelled. I wonder if there’s a way to do that.
