That's covered in the "Woke Lib-tard Writer's and Reporter's Manual" on page 1. Page 2 goes into depth that none of it has to be true or be fact-checked, instead it says "....just make sure your article or op ed fits the narrative...don't let truth derail your writing and reporting.
