T-average reported by BlueIris are 232ms (Windows) vs 200ms (Ubuntu) on my system with Proxmox and P620 passthrough with 512 cuda cores at the expense of about 30GB harddrive space and few more GB RAM space needed for running another OS, Ubuntu.
