Problem with viewing records through DMSS

We have the problem with viewing records through DMSS with DHI-NVR2104-S3. When viewing records, the time scale is automatically moved back 1 hour. We tried everything - we uninstalled the application, restarted the NVR, updated the last firmware of the device. Please share if anyone has encountered this problem.
 
Is it ok when viewing live and on the NVR playback? Is it just DMSS?

Are you using the 24hr clock?
 
Yes, I use 24 hour format clock. When viewing recordings locally on a monitor, there are no problems.
 
Sometimes this is caused by wrong timezone and dst configuration combined with ntp.

All cams and nvr need the same configuration.

If i disable dst on one cam, it has the same problem.
