problem With OSD menu preset 95

Hi,

Sorry for my English but i need your help to resolve my problem, when i access to OSD menu by preset 95. I show only the first line on the screen on IVMS and Web Browser.

What camera model?
What firmware version?

Might help a little

sounds like hacked firmware and has now got limited functions, Grab a copy of the WR firmware use Hiktools on it and reload it via tftp.

i lanch cmd and hiktool digicap.dav
after i get this :

sorry, i thin i am in the bad way please what do you mean by Grab a copy of the WR firmware, please ?

Ok now i followed the mtd debrick with this instruction https://www.ipcamtalk.com/showthread.php/3408-HIKVISION-mtd-Brick-Recovery-Guide 5.2.5 firmware/
i used TFTP and was sucefulled tramsmitted.

Now i didn't find my camera on the routeur in network.


Can you help me please, i'm lookin in a lots of website to find the good firmware for my camera.
