Problem with Hikvision PTZ

Hello, I have:
NVR DS-7608NXI-I2/4S
PTZ Camera DS-2DE7425IW-AE

I have configured NVR and Hik Connect, but when I access to my NVR via IP i can't see in configuration menu on the left PTZ menu, as you can see:



Why I can't see PTZ Menu?

Are you just trying to use the PTZ control for the camera? That is in "liveview" on the local monitor. Select the camera and a row of icons will show up. Click on the joystick looking icon and it will give you the up/down/left/right/zoom in/zoom out.

If you are trying to use ptz controls on the browser then it is on the right side of the screen. Click on the "<" (arrow) to bring out the PTZ controls.
