Problem with Hik-connect after upgrade the latest firmware on DS-7204HGHI-SH

Hi,

I have DS-7204HGHI-SH with 4 cameras.

I upgraded the firmware to the latest today, from: V3.3.2build 151204 to: V3.1.18build 180130

Did I installed a correct firmware? From: http://hikvisionusa.com/Techsupport/firmware/DVR/DZ_K32_ML_STD_V3.1.18_180130_HC.zip


Since that, I have some problems with connecting to Hik-Connect.

I cannot add my device on Hik-connect (before worked) - after clicking on Search button, I see an error: The device is offline. No search result is found.

Cameras working on my LAN, even Hik-connect android app is working, but only I type a static IP address: 192.168.0.30

Since the firmware upgrade, also I cannot see the web page: http:192.168.0.30 I used IE, Chrome, Firefox and Opera, all Internet Browsers cannot see the Webpage manager.

iVMS-4200 also shows me working cameras, however via the application I cannot add my device to Hik-connect, I receive the error: error code hcnetsdk.dll[29] (Device operation failed).

Restarts, default settings don't help. ;(

Please help me to find a working solution.

With firmware from hikvision it should go up
Eg you had 3.3.2 and then installed 3.1.18
I could be wrong but could you find 3.3.2 and reinstate that firmware and see if it works again

Could you please show me the correct firmware for UK? I can see only the latest: V3.1.18build180130

i have the same problem error code hcnetsdk.dll[29] (Device operation failed) when i will use the PTZ function.

My NVR is iDS-9616NXI-I8/X and my Cams are DS-2CD5546G0-IZHS
