Problem with Access Control

I have an Access Control ("DS-K2801") and it is connected to a card reader ("ProxPoint Plus 6005 HID" ).

The connection to the access control is functioning well, and the reader does send life signals (when I swipe a card, it beeps).

The issue is that when trying to register a new user and retrieve the card number, the reader does not return the card's information (in the card number space, nothing appears after clicking 'read').

I had problems with HID readers and Hikvision ACS, some worked some didnt. Its like readers wiegand is not standard.

Also not getting card number on read, first check if ivms armed your controller. Do you get any other events?
