Hi, I just installed a 7208 hihu-k1 turbo dvr. I immediately activated a line transition on a camera in Vca and I activated to have the pusch notification of Hikconnect.
unfortunately on the admin account I do not receive the messages, while on the shared users yes. I tried to access the phone with one of the other accounts with Admin credentials but I have no notification message. so I exclude a setting of HikConncet on smartphone what can it be?
