Preview Video in GUI not working correctly (see pic)

When logged into the GUI for this Dahua IP CAM the video preview is not showing up in the correct location. It seems that the GUI is opening a separate video output which covers the adjustments in the GUI.

How can I fix this?
The first time I logged into the cam the video was working correctly.

So strange,

Logging in from my laptop to camera web interface= No good (win 7 IE11)
Remoting into my server the web interface is OK (win 10 IE11)

Ctrl-0 will reset zoom to 100%

That's weird, i have it the other way around.
Win7 Internet Exploder 11 is fine, Win10 Internet Exploder 11 has the same funny looking video.

Do you have IE11 window set to 100% scale in the laptop?
