Hi all,
I have 5 presets setup in the camera, and have matched them up in BI, it works great moving to presets when triggered by another camera, but after a couple of weeks BI losses the presets and it stops working.
They are still set in the camera and working, but I can't get them to work in BI.
BI will move the camera and zoom in/out with the ptz display.
The only way I can get them back is to do a find/inspect and then re-input them all back in to BI.
Anyone got any idea whats causing it.
