Preset positions with Foscam 19828P

One of my preset positions is zoomed in. When I activate this preset the camera will perform the pan and tilt necessary to achieve it's position but it will not zoom in or out. Am I missing something here in setting up presets or is this a camera model problem? The zoom works fine when I use the PTZ controller.

None of my Foscam cameras saves the Zoom setting. What I do is in the schedule I send the preset position, then send the zoom in/out command. I do that for both in and out zooms for different preset positions. Sometimes I need to send multiple zoom in or outs.
