Pre-trigger video buffer (frames)

Hi

I use this and it´s working when you look at clip inside BI.
But when i have "send mail with video" "attach an MP4 video with duration" the clip is not the same as i see it inside BI.
I like to have my 3 sec pre-trigg video even in the mail-clip. Is this possible?

I don't use that particular option myself so I am not certain of its abilities. Maybe it is intentional that the pre-trigger frames are left out (so that the clip could be shorter while still containing the most important parts) or maybe it is accidental. Either way, you may want to contact Blue Iris support about this. At the very least he might put it on his to-do list to make it a possibility to include pre-trigger frames. http://blueirissoftware.com/contact/
