Hello,
I've noticed that when I record events only on my IPC-HDW5231R-Z the 5seconds pre-record function is working fine but when I enable General recording (continuous) then the event recording only starts when the IVS rule gets triggered. It wouldn't be much of a problem but there is a 1 second gap between General and Event recordings. Is there a way to change it?
Also, is there a way to increase 5secs pre-record time on the cameras or is it a max these cameras can buffer?
I don't use NVR and record on NAS directly
