Possible to get snapshots on higher stream?

I've got all of my cameras set up with the main stream and sub stream video. I like to get an hourly snapshot from one of these cameras but the snap shot is always from the lower quality sub stream. How can I get the snapshots from the higher quality main stream on this camera?
 
Additional info.
I was initially setting up my snaps under the Cameras, Record tab under JPEGS.
I found a setting under the POST tab for JPEGS, but using that, even at 90% quality still produces a grainy, slightly blurry snap as the other setting.
 
More info...
I just noticed when I look at snaps in the BI console, they are clear.
When I view them on the UI3 under the clips (only the snapshot clips), the picture is blurry there.
I use UI3 99% of the time to view clips so how can I make the clips viewed under UI3 as clear as they are when viewing them under the main BI console clips?
Or rather, why is there a difference?
