Possible Stolen Bike

A person walking in the street for 30 minutes came back down riding a bike. At one point they go into a neighbor's yard. Happened just before 4 am.

It amazes me they can be up pilfering at 2AM and still be able to get up at 6AM and make it to their job on time.
