Has anyone been fiddling with HDD encryption for Video Recorders?
I'm looking into encrypting the contents of our HDD's so that the recordings can't be easily accessed by simply retrieving the HDD's.
I'm aware of Solutions like Synology, etc. but I'm specifically looking for a solution that would work for the standard Dahua recorders. Interesting would be the use of LUKS, given that the Dahua Recorders run an embedded Linux System.
