Port 80 not working DH-SD22A204TN-GN

I can no longer access the camera via http port. I still can get rstp to work. Seems like ports 445, 23, and 3800 are open. Any ideas how to get http to work again? Config tool finds the camera but nothing works like reboot or restore. Telnet says connection refused.

Looks like you can still get video but cannot get into the web interface is that correct? Did you ever setup https on that camera, if you did try that as well.

That is correct. RSTP stream only. HTTP says connection refused. It is 70 feet above ground or I would try reset button.

Config tool finds the camera but updating doesn't work.
It is a strange thing. If you use config tool from official Dahua site and it doesn't do the update it means you try to update with uncorrect FW. Find a correct FW.

Also, are you sure about http port 80? Maybe it was changed? Can you access the device from SmartPSS?

I finely got things working. As it turns out, my Ethernet switch must have been bad. Direct connect to camera was working but not through switch. I replace the switch. Why I was still getting RSTP stream is an unknown.
Thanks everyone for their help.
